Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative freelance content creator that specializes in photography/videography to join our team and capture high-quality images and videos at events in the South Florida area. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visual media and experience capturing content from events. Compensation is hourly rate / per-project fees based on experience.

Role Overview:

As a Freelance Content Creator, you will attend a variety of events—including workshops, conferences and community events—to capture high-quality photo and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality imagery and video clips that tell a compelling story and highlight key moments from each event.
• Attend events in the South Florida area, including evenings and weekends, to capture photo and video content for use on social media.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with client goals and brand aesthetics.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in event coverage and social media content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content creator, photographer, or videographer, in event coverage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in event photography and videography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while remaining a team player.
• A passion for storytelling and a creative vision that inspires engagement.
• Availability to travel within the South Florida area for events.

Bonus:

• Use your creativity and storytelling skills to produce engaging content that showcases the essence of each event and aligns with our clients’ brands and messaging.
• Edit photos and videos to create polished content suitable for social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, including experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
