We’re building next-gen AI sales teams and agents that helps businesses generate more revenue, cut costs, and save time.

We’ve just hit early PMF with growing MRR, happy clients, and massive interest across verticals. Now, we’re looking to deliver white-glove onboarding, drive customer results, and build long-term relationships that fuel expansion and referrals.

You’ll be the first dedicated Customer Success hire. Your job is to:

  • Deliver value fast during onboarding
  • Help clients succeed with the AI agent
  • Reduce churn, increase expansion, and capture feedback to inform product
  • Build a process that can scale as we grow

What you'll do:

  • Own the entire post-sale experience: onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention
  • Jump on 1:1 onboarding calls, Looms, and live support to help new clients go live quickly
  • Build a repeatable onboarding flow and knowledge base (you’ll design this with the founder)
  • Monitor client success metrics and usage patterns
  • Be proactive in checking in, re-engaging quiet accounts, and solving friction points
  • Collaborate with sales and product to close feedback loops and surface upsell signals
  • Turn happy customers into testimonials, case studies, and referrals

About you:

  • You love helping people win and can balance high energy with calm precision
  • You’re confident on Zoom and love building relationships with clients
  • You enjoy simplifying messy processes and making them scale
  • You’ve worked in a startup, agency, or SaaS environment before
  • You’re comfortable working async, remote, and with high autonomy
  • Experience in sales enablement, marketing tech, AI tools, or voice products
