Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant (EA) located in Hilo, Hawaii. The EA reports to the Executive Vice President and is responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, and assisting with various projects. Daily tasks will include scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing documents, handling communication, and coordinating projects. The role also involves general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations as well as occassional event management support.
Qualifications
- Skills in Administrative Assistance
- Experience in managing Expense Reports
- Robust Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Impeccable attention to details
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborating
- Prior experience in the finance or credit union industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
