The Pay Range For This Role Is
55,000 - 65,000 USD per year(Remote (United States))

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Supervise and support a team of Customer Service Representatives assisting MARKET customers and suppliers
- Oversee the new account validation process to ensure timely onboarding of pharmacies and verification of customer and wholesaler licenses
- Monitor and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution to prevent order delays
- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer or system-related issues
- Collaborate with Supplier Operations, Account Management, and Technology teams to triage and resolve platform-related challenges
- Review and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall service responsiveness
- Support onboarding and training of new customer service team members
- Track team and individual performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and identify opportunities for development
- Maintain documentation of operating procedures and training materials
- Provide routine reports on support activity and trends to leadership
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and customer-focused team culture
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Professional, empathetic, and customer-first approach
- Organized and process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, support operations, or account services
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
- Experience with supplier or pharmacy-facing support a plus
- Proficiency in CRM or support platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Remote work environment with a reliable home office setup
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility to respond to time-sensitive issues
- Frequent use of phone, computer, and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer
