Job Summary

This role is responsible for the product development, market promotion, and lifecycle management of our beverage series. This role requires a deep understanding of the U.S. beverage market and the ability to drive each critical phase of the product from concept to customer satisfaction through strategic market research.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Product System Construction:

-Based on in-depth analysis of market demand, plan and implement the development of long-term main products, flagship products, and seasonal products.

Full Lifecycle Management:

-Collaborate closely with market, supply chain, and other relevant departments to comprehensively oversee every phase of product development from conceptualization to market exit, including optimization, pricing, and marketing launch.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

-Keep up with sales data and cost dynamics, combine user feedback, and continuously iterate products to enhance market competitiveness.

Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving:

-Accurately identify product challenges and develop effective solutions based on the company's business development status and competitive situation.

Market Trend Research:

-Conduct regular market trend analysis, predict industry movements, and ensure product strategies are in sync with market

demand.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

-Establish synergistic working relationships with teams across market research, R&D, supply chain, and marketing departments to collectively drive the successful execution of product strategies.

Summary of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time program), with preference given to candidates majoring in Marketing, Food Science, or

related disciplines.

  • At least 5-8 years of work experience in industry research, market analysis, or product planning management, preferably with a background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail industry and local experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Fluent in English, which can be used as the primary working language. Overseas living or study experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in market research and analysis, with solid product planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, able to effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong risk identification and management skills, capable of making quick responses in a changing market environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to maintain competitiveness in a rapidly developing industry.
