As a Global HRBP leader, you will lead a team of both functional and regional global HRBPs, and evolve the HRBP operational model in a high growth company. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, leveraging your deep understanding of business operations and human resources best practices to drive talent and organizational development initiatives. You will drive your team to utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and facilitate organizational change, while fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires exceptional coaching skills to guide employees and leadership through complex HR challenges, ensuring alignment between HR programs and business objectives.
Must be interested in making a significant impact in several critical business areas in the function and excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This person will report directly to the Chief People Officer.

AS THE GLOBAL HRBP LEADER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Workplace Operations, and Talent Enablement to ensure HR programs are effectively aligned with business needs.
- Lead complex, data driven initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs. Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Participate in the design and implementation of HR programs that support organizational objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage Functional & Regional HRBP leaders and their teams to ensure a consistent HRBP brand and scalable support model
- Operates as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key priorities.
- Build relationships with executive business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Act as a change agent as the business continues to reshape itself with the goal of providing a world-class customer and employee experience.
- Partner with and between COE’s and regional HR teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization. Leverage all HR programs, policies, processes, and systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to be proactive, to anticipate, and provide alternatives and options to the business.
- Ability to diagnose and successfully handle organizational development issues.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
- Excellent interpersonal, group, process, and influence skills.
- Ability to prepare and make senior-level presentations, and build a narrative based on collection and analysis of data.
- Ability to conduct group facilitation, and coach and counsel management at all levels.
- Experience in leadership development and being a trusted advisor to Sr Leader level.
- Ability to partner with various COEs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work with both onsite and distributed teams effectively.
- Ability and desire to operate with a high degree of flexibility.
- Coaching experience and certification
- Program Management experience
- HR experience within a global SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $303,000 - $462,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
