Examinetics is hiring a Data Maintenance Specialist to join our expanding team! This is a full time position in office at our Overland Park lo cation.
The Data Maintenance Specialist will work with commercial operations to set up new clients, maintain pricing and agreements in our systems, and ensuring that the most accurate information is available for service delivery.
Benefits:

Primary Responsibilities:
Work with commercial team to facilitate closed opportunities. Enter and maintain accurate client demographic information in Salesforce. Review for accuracy and create service/work orders for all new clients. Maintenance of organizational and hierarchy changes for locations being acquired by new or existing clients. Assist in maintaining contract records with price changes and Sales Manager ownership. Complete Client onboarding.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent completed Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of related work experience Experience sorting and filtering data in Excel Experience meeting deadlines and multi-tasking in a work environment Salesforce experience or similar tools preferred Experience working with cross functional teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail
