We are the largest privately held self-developed PPO in the US . As we keep expanding we are looking to bring on a high level FP&A candidate to continue to ensure our financial compliance and excellence within our organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in continuing the growth of the company!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing & implementing financial models, forecasts, and budgeting strategies to support decision- making processes
  • Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and optimize financial performance
  • Design and implement new globally applicable analytical and management reporting tools

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, MBA or CFA is preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within healthcare
  • Strong background in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems
