- Developing & implementing financial models, forecasts, and budgeting strategies to support decision- making processes
- Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, and optimize financial performance
- Design and implement new globally applicable analytical and management reporting tools
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, MBA or CFA is preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within healthcare
- Strong background in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems
- Competitive Salary DOE ($100,000 -$150,000+)
