About The Role

The Marketing Intern will report to the Brand Managers to support all marketing projects and activations. In this role, the Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience in brand development, ideating and executing marketing-strategies, VIP coordination, and social media marketing for both brands.

Overview

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Conduct research and create internal reports on campaign performances, social activity, industry trends, consumer preferences, competitor activity, to inform marketing strategy.
  • Help identify, engage with, and manage relationships with potential brand partners and content creators and collaboration opportunities. Assist in coordinating partnership agreements.
  • Help the marketing team organize and execute brand events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple projects across both brands.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, press, to maintain brand consistency and inform decision-making.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team, including facilitating giftings, updating marketing materials, and contributing to community management.
  • Create and maintain key documents monitoring creative briefs, talent lists, potential collaborations, and more.
  • Facilitate deliveries, drop-offs, and other driving tasks for the marketing team.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and familiarity with marketing software and tools such as mailchimp, Attentive, and/or Shopify.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of discretion.
  • Los Angeles Interns: Must have a valid drivers license and access to a car.

Location: Los Angeles, (hybrid)

Duration: 3 months, with the potential of extending
