What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide direct administrative support to the senior administrator, ensuring efficient office operations
  • Advise, assist, and represent the senior administrator on a wide range of issues and follow up as necessary
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals for the administration department
  • Interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate degree or a minimum of four (4) years as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similarly sized organization
  • Discretionary judgment and knowledge of hospital departments and programs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond in a timely manner

  • Executive presence and comfort with all levels of senior management, particularly C-suite
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and produce top-quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting
