Analytical review and interpretation of data elements and reporting. Responsible for importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data for decision making purposes. May also be responsible for designing and developing relational databases, improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical tools. 3-5 years experience in Primary Skill. POSITION DESCRIPTION: This team takes client data (new client data) and converts their DB plans into Architecture. They become their sole provider, administering their DB plans which will be paid out in various forms based off a formula that is based on the employee's earning history, tenure of service and age. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Someone who is a team player and who gets excited in a fast pace ever changing environment.
