Job Description
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI. Provide on-call support for investigation and troubleshooting of unexpected reporting results at least two weekends per month. Contact and follow up with vendors to resolve unexpected data issues. Document concise KPI definitions and identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business operations and strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy. Generate ad-hoc and scheduled reports to track KPIs, operational performance, and business metrics. Use SQL and other querying languages to extract and manipulate data from databases. Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies. You will be reporting directly to the CEO, with significant growth opportunities as the company plans to add 200 employees in the next 4-5 months. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/hr.

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Experience working with FieldRoutes or other ServiceTitan software.
- Experience with DBT.
- Experience with task management software (ClickUp, JIRA, Monday).
- Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.
