The Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Solution Engineer role is a technical role responsible for delivering Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) capabilities to the client, helping client to meet their business needs by designing tailored solutions, delivering presentations, and providing technical expertise as part of ERP implementation and as part of ongoing support. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules like procurement, order management, inventory management, costing and bill of materials.

Location : Remote (25% Travel Troy, MI )
Duration : FTE (Direct Client Hire )

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct and/or participate in discovery sessions, understand business value, provide demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to showcase Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to end-users, driving adoption and process improvements.
• Analyse business needs, design Oracle Fusion SCM solutions that address specific supply chain challenges, including process mapping and configuration.
• Assist with managing vendor relationships, licensing, and contracts related to supply chain applications.
• Collaborate with system Integrators, business stakeholders and Oracle team members to ensure project requirements are understood, requirements, solutions, gaps, configurations are well documented, testing plans are comprehensive for Supply chain areas and testing is well executed.
• Manage offshore team, ensuring successful project delivery and system performance .
• The role also requires managing data conversions and working with the business team and cross application teams for proper data is extracted from legacy system and converted to Oracle ERP applications.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications, such as PLM and customer experience systems. Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts for system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Possess deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules like Inventory Management, Bill of Materials, Costing, Order Management, Procurement and ability to provide simple BI analysis as well as provide report and integration specification to technical team. Knowledge of construction or manufacturing is preferred. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with at least 10 years focused on supply chain applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams. Understanding of supply chain best practices and business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and drive resolutions.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data management, and reporting tools.
