
Seasonal Office Automation Clerk
- Handles incoming calls and greets visitors.
- Uses computers and appropriate software for data collection, analysis, collating and preparation of reports, forms and tabular material, providing proper spacing, heading and arrangement for ease of understanding and information processing.
- Prepares and receives incoming /outgoing mail and packages.
- Establishes, updates and maintains office records of various types.
- Types 40 wpm.

- EXPERIENCE: Possess at least one (1) year of general experience. General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of this position. Examples of general experience include, but are not limited to, preparing letters and memos, operating a variety of office equipment, answering telephones, and greeting visitors, disseminating information, providing information, etc. You must include hours per week worked. -OR-
- EDUCATION: Have two (2) years of successfully completed education above high school (60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours). This education was obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college, or university. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: You must submit a copy of your transcripts that identifies each course of college or university, semester or quarter hours earned, grade received, and date completed. If you are qualifying based on education and you do not submit specific course work information as described previously, your application will be rated not qualified for consideration. - COMBINATION: have an equivalent combination of education and experience. For example, six (6) months of the general experience (50% of the experience requirement), and one (1) year of college study from an accredited institution (50% of the qualifying education), equals 100% of the total requirement.
