Supply Chain / ERP Specialist

Job Description

Kratos MACH TB 2.0 Program is currently seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Supply Chain / ERP Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of our ERP system-Deltek Costpoint-with a strong emphasis on materials tracking, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP environments and supply chain operations, and be capable of contributing from day one without the need for formal training in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, configuration, and use of Deltek Costpoint for supply chain and materials management functions.
• Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to support production planning, procurement, and material requirements.
• Track material status across the supply chain, providing accurate and timely updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Excel-based tools for reporting, data analysis, and gap coverage where ERP functionality requires supplementation.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of materials data across systems and processes.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and finance teams to align ERP usage with operational needs.
• Assist with data integration, migration, and validation activities during ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Identify inefficiencies in supply chain and system workflows and recommend process improvements.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Deltek Costpoint in a supply chain or materials role.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, materials planning, and inventory control.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across functions and departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting ERP rollouts or transitions in a manufacturing, engineering, or government contracting setting.
• Familiarity with procurement, material receipts, transfer processes, and cost tracking.
• Active Secret Clearance
