Key Responsibilities

  • Review quotes, cost estimates, and customer orders.
  • Identify and resolve commercial/technical issues; support sales in customer negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines using SAP and MS Project.
  • Purchase specialized equipment, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Oversee equipment through engineering, manufacturing, testing, and shipping to ensure specs are met.
  • Provide project updates in weekly meetings and track costs.
  • Lead project close-out meetings to review cost discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with customers and field service for installation and warranty issues, including site visits.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years in the food industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, CRM, and AutoCAD viewer.
  • Able to read technical drawings.
  • Willing to travel 20–25%.
