- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in.
- Provide basic information about treatment plans and payment options.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Communicate effectively with the back office to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Dental experience required (1yr minimum).
- Dentrix Enterprise knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
