Job Description
Under general supervision, perform maintenance and construction service/repairs in two or more skill areas, including, plumbing, electrical, electronics, carpentry and heating/ventilating/air conditioning (HVAC). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. May estimate time and material costs of various projects. Requisitions new supplies and equipment as needed.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Work experience in one of the following areas: Electrical, Plumbing, Steamfitter, HVAC, carpentry or a certification in one of the listed fields from an appropriate technical school.
- Four years of experience in the primary trade. Two years valid technical experience in the secondary area of expertise with the ability to perform quality workmanship in accordance with accepted standards.
- No experience required if entering Skilled Trades Apprenticeship Program.
