  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Customer Success, Partner Ops, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and turn conversations into clear, actionable business requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers to translate requirements into system solutions.
  • Help define the “what” and “why” for features—like opportunity stages, territory management, etc.
  • Create test cases and run UAT sessions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions are built in keeping E2E picture in mind.
  • As a lead, mentor junior analysts and may take ownership of entire workstreams within a Salesforce project or program.
  • Act as the go-to expert for Sales Cloud.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner in architecting and designing solutions on Salesforce platform.
