About The Role
The Associate Manager, Visual Merchandising, Adult will support the division in the creation and execution of visual directives to achieve compelling visual presentations in stores. They digitally and physically execute the full-scale presentations of all products that have been developed through the line adoption process, while also managing the sample intake process and team timelines. This role works closely with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising to plan and prioritize workload and projects, leading the team through priority shifts as needed. The Associate Manager, Visual Merchandising also works with key cross functional partners to ensure brand strategies are achieved and participates in all key product milestones for their division.

Salary Range: $79,800 - $105,800 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

About The Role
The Associate Manager, Visual Merchandising, Adult will support the division in the creation and execution of visual directives to achieve compelling visual presentations in stores. This role works closely with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising to plan and prioritize workload and projects, leading the team through priority shifts as needed. The Associate Manager, Visual Merchandising also works with key cross functional partners to ensure brand strategies are achieved and participates in all key product milestones for their division.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a pulse on current and relevant market and visual merchandising trends.
- Create compelling visual presentations supporting divisional product strategies while managing appropriate assortment levels across stores.
- Partner closely with key cross-functional business partners (Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Management, Field Visual and Stores) to support business objectives.
- Activate operational leadership efficiency during all store sets and visual communication deliverables – ensure the team has balanced workload, actively participate in divisional and cross-functional meetings, regulate project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Execute standards for visual merchandising, including marketing, product placement, visual display standard.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising with detailed knowledge of fashion & retail.
- Elevated fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends into projects.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with a passion for innovation, creativity, and the ability to deliver with a standard of excellence.
- A hands-on problem solver with a willingness to work in the details and find opportunities to change processes to drive efficiencies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to change and new processes.
