Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with over 13 years of industry experience to lead architectural design and strategic implementation for enterprise-level CRM solutions. This role supports our key clients, United Airlines and TCS, and requires onsite presence in South Carolina or Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Customers and coding experience preferred

Lead the architectural design and development of complex Salesforce solutions.

Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce implementations.

Provide hands-on coding expertise using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

13+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong architectural and development background.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Framework.

Proven ability to engage and manage customer relationships.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Expertise in solution design, performance tuning, and enterprise integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).

Experience working in airline or large enterprise environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Authorization:
