- Location: San Diego, CA
- Pay: $30-50/hr
- Shifts Available: Day Shift – Hybrid Schedule after Training

- Manage U.S. and international patent dockets using systems like Anaqua
- Review and audit law firm invoices and reconcile discrepancies
- Track annuities, maintenance fees, and support invention incentive programs
- Maintain accuracy in docket deadlines and filing instructions
- Provide administrative and logistical support to a global IP team
- 3+ years of IP experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting
- Expertise in U.S. and international patent docketing (Anaqua preferred)
- Familiarity with PCT and global filing processes
- Strong Excel and document management skills
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking ability
