- Assist in the analysis, configuration, and testing of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, or Financials).
- Support the gathering and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and technical teams to identify system enhancements and improvements.
- Participate in system testing, including writing test scripts and validating results.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Stay up to date with Workday updates and features to recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- 0 2 years of experience working with Workday or similar ERP systems (internships count!).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
