A key construct of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with the Engineering organization, the Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, the DevSecOps organization as well as our operational support teams to ensure that this organization provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.

- Actively support and contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, with a willingness to learn company-specific DR protocols and processes.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on clear and consistent communication.
- Document technical procedures, processes, and solutions thoroughly to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Participate in a 24x7x365 support rotation alongside the team, ensuring high availability and reliability of supported systems.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-starting attitude, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Strong knowledge of Automation and orchestration tools like Ansible Automation platform, HP Operation orchestration, HP server Automation.
- Hand on experience with Python, (Oracle, MS) SQL, Ansible, Autosys
- Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery.
- Experience in AWS Cloud technology
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools & process (GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Familiarity Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA)
