Hands-on experience migrating from ECC to S/4HANA

Proven experience integrating SAP with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Understanding of RF configuration within EWM

Thinking Minds' client is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Advisor to support enterprise-level transformation initiatives within the Aerospace & Defense domain. This role is strategically focused and not hands-on in configuration. The ideal candidate will leverage deep SAP knowledge, particularly around S/4HANA, EWM, and planning modules, to lead design and advisory efforts.

In this role, you will:

Advise on and design complex solutions for the organization's SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) environment

Participate in functional requirements gathering, testing, user training, and full lifecycle implementation of SAP solutions

Conduct comprehensive business process analyses, identify gaps, assess needs, and support alignment of IT solutions with business strategies

Define systems scope and objectives, considering user needs, business context, and industry-specific challenges

Formulate or revise procedures to address complex problems, factoring in technical constraints, timing, and output requirements

Oversee the creation of detailed functional, system, and program specifications, applying standard methodologies and documentation tools

Lead and guide cross-functional teams to ensure solution designs are effectively translated into execution
