Ghostdraft Consultant

Role: Ghostdraft Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• The GhostDraft position is that of a typical document production and forms generation skillset.
• Develop, customize, and maintain GhostDraft templates and documents for various LOBs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for document generation.
• Design and implement document workflows and automation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all document-related activities.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of GhostDraft templates.
• Along with the Core GhostDraft Platform, knowledge on Hub and Studio is essential.
• Hands on experience in GhostDraft Document Composition for creating, managing, and formatting templates for automated document generation.
• Experience on GhostDraft Authoring Tools for configuring structured templates, conditional logic, and rule-based content generation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a GhostDraft Developer or in a similar role within the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of P & C insurance products and processes.
• Proficiency in GhostDraft template development, customization, and maintenance.
• Experience with document automation and management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other document generation tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the P&C insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
