Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience to support our client engagements with United Airlines and TCS. This is an onsite role requiring presence at either the South Carolina or Seattle location.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Serve as a CRM Analyst, collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional CRM solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party services.

Ensure the scalability and security of Salesforce applications.

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers if needed.

Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and CRM analysis.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

Proven experience with CRM analytics, data modeling, and process automation.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).

Experience working with airline or travel industry clients.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Work Authorization:

Open to all visa types, but preference will be given to U.S. Citizens and s due to client requirements.
