Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, and Benefits. The ideal candidate should also possess hands-on experience with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts) and SQL scripting to support data analysis, custom reporting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent & Recruitment, and Benefits.

Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and configure HCM modules accordingly.

Develop and manage HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI dashboards for HR, payroll, and benefits data.

Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries for custom reporting and data validation purposes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Support end-to-end payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies or calculation issues.

Provide expertise in benefits configuration, including plan types, eligibility, life events, and rates.

Partner with recruitment teams to optimize and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Participate in data migration activities using tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader) if needed.

Ensure all configurations align with best practices and are documented properly.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, and Benefits modules.

Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI for reporting and analytics.

Proficiency in SQL and working with Oracle Fusion data models.

Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Familiarity with Fast Formula, HDL, and Fusion Security Concepts is a plus.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s)

Experience working in a global HR and payroll environment

Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and audit reporting
