  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Client is looking for an experienced BAW/BPM Developer to design and implement scalable business process solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with IBM BAW, and exposure to integration tools like ACE/IIB or Java Microservices is a major plus. This role will contribute to enterprise automation and integration initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Top Technical Skills: IBM BAW / IBM BPM, BPMN, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs, IBM ACE/IIB (Preferred), Spring Boot / Java Microservices (Nice to have)

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of workflow solutions using IBM BAW/BPM to support Client's Health business transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable workflow solutions.
  • Develop and optimize BPMN-based processes, service orchestration, and integrations. Expertise in process modeling (BPMN 2.0), Coach UI, Service Flows, and Integration Services.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security in alignment with client compliance and architectural standards.
  • Integrate BAW workflows with ACE/IIB, Java Microservices, APIs, and legacy systems as required.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers in best practices and architectural patterns.
