About the Role:
Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer
Project Summary:A Senior Platform Engineer will be working inSeattle, WA in a hybrid mode. This role required someone with 80% and 20% Troubleshooting experience. Not looking for a Pure DevOps Engineer here.
Responsibilities:
- Help influence and drive technical decisions within the team and with stakeholders
- Accurately interpret and incorporate automation focus intakes to comply with the client s Cloud governance and Global Cyber Security requirements.
- Communicate and understand the Architecture Design Pattern
- Communicate and understand Automation Engineering Services for common platform components
- Provide consultative services for technical issues within the application teams.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in various architecture design patterns such as microservices, serverless, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing frameworks.
- Automation Frameworks: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, or similar technologies
- Fluency in any of the scripting languages such as Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell
Location:Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $160,000 $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
