We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Engineer to join our Factory Software Team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating new manufacturing lines with our homegrown Factory, Warehouse, and ERP systems and providing ongoing support to ensure their smooth daily operation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive system integration projects and troubleshoot production issues to maintain the operational health of our systems. Responsibilities
- Drive team initiatives by implementing and supporting the integration of new manufacturing lines with our Factory, Warehouse, and ERP systems
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and system users to ensure seamless integration of new software features and capabilities
- Support daily operations by troubleshooting and resolving user issues across the Buffalo factory, including handling support tickets related to factory software systems
- Create workarounds for issues that require immediate solutions, while working towards permanent resolutions
- Document troubleshooting procedures and provide user training to ensure users can resolve common issues independently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system optimizations, including automation and monitoring tools, to improve the efficiency of factory software systems
- Act as an incident commander during critical production issues, coordinating between multiple teams to resolve urgent incidents and minimize downtime
- Root cause analysis of system issues, providing clear data-driven insights and corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maximize the efficiency and reliability of integrated systems by implementing best practices for scalability, performance, and downtime reduction
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- +3 years of experience in a support or integration engineering role, with a focus on system implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
- +3 years of experience working with SQL to manage and query databases effectively
- +1 year of experience with Python, Go, or other software development languages for automating tasks and integrating systems
- Solid understanding of integrated systems and their dependencies, particularly within manufacturing and enterprise environments
- Experience with system integration and working in environments that use MES, WMS, and ERP systems is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and users at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations

- Sr Integration Engineer - $88,400 - $132,600/annual salary
- Staff Integration Engineer - $105,400 - $158,100/annual salary
