The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Sales – Dialysis & Renal Partnerships to spearhead our go-to-market strategy in the renal and dialysis space. This individual will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing strategic B2B partnerships with dialysis providers, nephrology networks, and value-based care groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across the dialysis vertical.
- Identify and build relationships with C-suite leaders at organizations like DaVita, Fresenius, Outset, Ascend Clinical, and Rendevor.
- Craft tailored partnership proposals for TPAs, health systems, and managed care entities seeking home-based renal care solutions.
- Own the sales cycle from outreach to close, with a deep understanding of solution selling and value-based outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to launch pilot programs and bundled offerings.
- Deliver quarterly performance reports, pipeline forecasts, and post-implementation insights to internal stakeholders.
- 5–10 years in B2B healthcare sales with a focus on dialysis, nephrology, CKD, or chronic care markets.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategy development and execution.
- Existing relationships or partnerships with key players in the dialysis space is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of the payer/provider ecosystem and value-based care frameworks.
- Experience with capital equipment, clinical diagnostics, or staffing solutions in renal care.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Background working at or selling into: DaVita, Fresenius, Outset Medical, Ascend Clinical, or similar.
- Familiarity with ESRD QIP, CMS readmission metrics, or dialysis reimbursement models.
- Experience integrating digital or tech-enabled care into clinical workflows.
- Be a pivotal voice in redefining how renal care is delivered at home.
