JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Acquisition Performance Outcomes Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals who oversee the effective and efficient operations of the Talent Acquisition function and engaging directly with select partners and TA Senior Leadership. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize vendor performance, streamline recruitment processes, and support the broader organizational goals. The senior manager will work closely with TA leaders and managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of recruitment service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the company's talent acquisition objectives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team to drive excellence in vendor management and recruitment outcomes.
  • Support the team in conducting regular performance reviews and audits of third-party partners, ensuring high standards are maintained and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing time-to-fill.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across the talent acquisition function.
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration to understand business needs and ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and insights to TA leaders and other stakeholders, using established performance metrics for the vendors to inform effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all vendor activities comply with relevant employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Monitor and manage the spend for third-party recruitment services, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.



Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree; or High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent and four (4) years relevant of work experience required.
  • Experience: 7 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) in Talent Acquisition, including at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and strategies.
  • Insight into different types of recruitment vendors and their roles, including RPO, executive search firms, and staffing agencies.
  • Ability to think strategically about talent acquisition and vendor management, aligning efforts with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Ability to navigate complex vendor relationships diplomatically and assertively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • May be required to travel 10% - 20%.

The expected base range for this position across the U.S. is $125k to 155k. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
