- Support both A/P and A/R functions (solid understanding of accounting principles, data entry, invoicing, reconciliation, monthly reporting, etc.).
- Employee engagement (onboarding, benefit enrollment, outward communication, updates to company handbook).
- Office admin: ordering general office supplies, file organization, inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Multitask Master: From overseeing administrative processes to implementing innovative office systems, your role will be varied and impactful. When you are working at optimal capacity, the team will notice there are fewer problems.
- Problem Solver: You’ll have the autonomy to identify problems and craft solutions, ensuring our operations run as smoothly as possible.
- Team Supporter: Help manage HR responsibilities, Insurance compliance, and admin duties. You will become a resource the whole team can rely on.
- QuickBooks Online & Billing Assistant: We are in need of a strong partner in assisting our bookkeeper in AR, AP, customer relations, and anything else required. This is a shifting role to our needs and we are looking for an adaptable, confident, and autonomous person who is highly motivated to solve problems.
