Job Description
The Director of Operating Model Transformation will play a crucial role in supporting executive-level strategy, analysis, and communication across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing and leading the process of significantly changing the way Signify operates, including its structures, processes, and systems, to better align with the company's strategic goals and market demands. This role involves managing cross-functional leadership teams, implementing governance structures, and ensuring alignment across technical, product, and operational teams. The Director of Operating Model Transformation will drive the overall strategy and success of a W2 implementation.
Responsibilities
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.

Job Description
The Director of Operating Model Transformation will play a crucial role in supporting executive-level strategy, analysis, and communication across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing and leading the process of significantly changing the way Signify operates, including its structures, processes, and systems, to better align with the company's strategic goals and market demands. This role involves managing cross-functional leadership teams, implementing governance structures, and ensuring alignment across technical, product, and operational teams. The Director of Operating Model Transformation will drive the overall strategy and success of a W2 implementation.
Responsibilities
- Governance Structure Implementation: Design, implement, and manage governance frameworks to support project managers and Executive Leadership Steering Committees.
- Portfolio Reporting and Governance: Oversee status reporting for a portfolio of initiatives, providing visibility into the progress of milestones and overall performance.
- Executive Content Creation: Develop and support executive-level content, including slide presentations, in-depth analyses, and strategic communications for senior stakeholders.
- Leadership Facilitation: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, fostering alignment and driving results.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with enterprise leadership and stakeholders to assess strategic assumptions and prepare comprehensive views for consideration in strategy sessions.
- Leadership Alignment: Present strategies, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership; facilitate decision-making and secure necessary approvals and sign-offs.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior Project Managers, helping them to navigate initiative management effectively.
- Cross-functional Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships across technical, product, and operational teams to ensure strategic alignment and integrated execution.
- 10+ years of proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a strategic or executive support role.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex strategies and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience in governance structure design and execution.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams through influence.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships across diverse teams and ensuring alignment of strategies.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is a plus.
