Hiring || Electrical Engineer - MEP/Facilities - Florida Orlando Position Summary:
An Electrical Engineer (10 years experience) responsible for assisting with design, documentation, and coordination of engineering projects, particularly in electrical systems and construction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project layouts, construction plans, and design tasks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation – plans, specs, cost estimates.
Perform design calculations and apply standard engineering techniques.
Support construction administration and site visits; attend meetings.
Assist in preparing permits, project scopes, budgets, and reports.
Draft departmental correspondence and project documentation.
Work on multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines and budgets.
Technical Skills Required:
AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D (desired), and Revit proficiency.
MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
Strong English language, communication, and documentation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
5 years of relevant experience.
EIT or Florida PE licensure preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Other Requirements:
Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Comfortable with occasional fieldwork/site visits.
May occasionally work nights/weekends.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Use of PPE as per site requirements.
