- Proactively solicit and provide feedback from leaders and a broader product team in order to improve our products and raise our quality bar
- Be responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritization, and design simplicity and craft.
- Collaborate with other teams across Instagram and cross-functional partners to efficiently align on simple solutions
- Effectively communicate your team's product goals and connect related projects across the company.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design
- 4+ years of people management, team development, and recruiting experience
- 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
- Experience representing and communicating work to leaders and a broader product team
- Demonstration of craft and visual design polish in their portfolio and the work of the team
- Experience with delivering 0-1 products from concept stages to launch
- Experience working on large scale, complex, ambiguous projects across multiple teams
