Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- The GhostDraft position is that of a typical document production and forms generation skillset.
- Develop, customize, and maintain GhostDraft templates and documents for various LOBs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for document generation.
- Design and implement document workflows and automation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all document-related activities.
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of GhostDraft templates.
- Along with the Core GhostDraft Platform, knowledge on Hub and Studio is essential.
- Hands on experience in GhostDraft Document Composition for creating, managing, and formatting templates for automated document generation.
- Experience on GhostDraft Authoring Tools for configuring structured templates, conditional logic, and rule-based content generation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a GhostDraft Developer or in a similar role within the P&C insurance industry.
Strong understanding of P & C insurance products and processes.
Proficiency in GhostDraft template development, customization, and maintenance.
Experience with document automation and management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other document generation tools and technologies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the P&C insurance industry.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
