- Serves as a senior-level budget analyst within the Budget Office, responsible for supporting the full spectrum of financial execution activities across multiple departments.
- Conducts monthly reviews of obligation rates to determine whether departments are executing funds in alignment with mission requirements.
- Analyzes spending patterns across major accounts (contracts, supplies, TDY, purchase cards), identifying abnormal trends, and recommending actions to resolve funding or execution issues.
- Leads quarterly budget reviews with department chiefs, helping communicate funding posture, identify risks, and reinforce compliance.
- Collaborates with the Contracting and Logistics teams to conduct quarterly contract reviews and identify potential de-obligations.
- Manages overall work operations, sets priorities, and establishes objectives for the civilian personnel.
