- Ability to manage complex sponsored project budgets and ensure timely expenditures
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of S2S and SUBS systems
- Familiarity with agency guidelines and grant administration processes
- Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics and Workday Software
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to learn new technologies
