  • Track and maintain an online database of grants, ensuring timely reporting and management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience that meets minimum education requirements
  • Relevant experience of 4 years, with at least 2 years in grants administration
  • Ability to manage complex sponsored project budgets and ensure timely expenditures
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of S2S and SUBS systems
  • Familiarity with agency guidelines and grant administration processes
  • Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics and Workday Software
