The Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP) provides a framework for Data Ownership and Data Quality throughout Businesses within Citi. Through the adoption of CDGP, Citi implements a consistent and controlled approach to create, maintain and use Enterprise Data.

- Assist with the successful implementation and adoption of the Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP) for the Risk Division globally
- Assess and track compliance of Risk function with Citigroup Data Governance Policy which may include the establishment of appropriate Data Governance working groups
- Develop strong relationships with the different Risk functions to ensure appropriate levels of communication to drive awareness as well as to collect feedback to support process improvement
- Provide centralized support for Outcome based Risk Data Metrics and Operating Model across CDGP Data Health, Article V and BCBS 239 Framework
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of centralized data policy and procedure documents which will be used to direct functional teams within Risk on how to implement the policy standards
- Assist the Data Governance Lead with managing Regulatory requests (MRIA, MRA) related to Risk data and coordinating responses and execution plans across Functional Data teams
- Contribute to the adherence of 'best practices' related to data management, implementation of controls, and escalation of detected exceptions across the Risk organization
- Engage with EDO and ERM Control & Issue Mgmt. team to drive compliance and support adoption for CDGP Standard, Procedures and Controls within Risk
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in a financial industry and risk management function
- Experience in a Data Governance, Audit and Transformation role
- Technical and Analytics skills to perform policy and data gap assessment
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree a plus
