  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Bluestone Trading is looking for a customer outreach specialist to join our team. This person will concentrate on expanding existing accounts and reconnecting with past clients. The Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and cultivate positive customer experiences through phone, text, and email communications to promote customer growth & retention. Additional responsibilities include supporting the sales team during travel periods.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email platforms to grow & maintain healthy business relationships
  • Answer incoming phone calls for product information & pricing
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to update records and customer history
  • Assist sales team with filling orders, creating memos, and general customer support

Requirements
  • Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Intermediate computer skills - this position requires the use of Slack, G Suite, Salesforce, and our internal database
  • Education Required
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience Required
    • 3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
    • General knowledge and experience in the jewelry industry preferred
