Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Director of Finance located in Miami, FL. The Assistant Director of Finance will be responsible for daily financial planning, preparation of financial statements, financial reporting, and conducting analytical assessments. The role also includes overseeing budgeting processes, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Planning and Finance management
  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
