The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Position Summary
We are seeking someone with the ability to analyze and assist with the design, development and support of Third Party Financial Applications and platforms.
Duties Include
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, components, and frameworks to meet business requirements.
- Participate in requirements analysis to determine feasibility of design and plan the technical aspects of implementation; configure and test software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Write, debug, and review high quality code, track and resolve production issues.
- Design and develop applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in PL SQL, Oracle 9i,10g,11g,12c,19C, TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL* PLUS and SQL*Loader, Dynamic SQL, PL/SQL Collections and Exception Handling.
- 1+ year experience in developing SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), REST and J2EE Web Services based on SOAP, WSDL, JAX-WS, JAXB, JAX-RPC using tools like Apache Axis ,Java, Rally, CI/CD, Jenkins , GITHub, Cloud/GCP Technologies- Apache Spark , Cloud Function, or BigQuery.
- 2+ year of experience in Prescription Monitoring Reporting Program and Third Party Accounts Receivable application.
- Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles.
- Health care industry knowledge and background preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
