Job Role

Craft, audit, and implement quality controls critically, ensuring they meet regulatory standards while resolving any non-complying incidents. Update and maintain the Quality Management System in collaboration with cross-sectional teams.

Detailed Duties

  • Conduct FAIs and manage PPAPs with precision
  • Coordinate multi-talented teams to bolster quality systems
  • Advance gaging methods
  • Simplify and improve inspection protocols
  • Perform comprehensive quality assessments
  • Lead GR&R studies and machine capability reviews
  • Enhance quality measures with corrective strategies
  • Work closely with suppliers and customer bases
  • Instruct technical teams on gage programming and inspection

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline preferred
  • Up to two years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Exceptional verbal and presentation skills
  • Adept in fast-paced, changing work environments
  • Collaborative abilities to influence peers effectively
  • Aspire to achieve Lean Six Sigma Green Belt status within three years

  • Skillful in root cause analysis via 5 Why techniques
  • CAD software proficiency
  • Developing and managing SOPs and MIs
  • Understanding AS9100 and ITAR regulations
  • Quality control process and data analysis expertise
  • Competent in interpreting blueprints
