Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage client relations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid potential project delays.
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop project scopes and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards on all job sites.
- Implement Lean practices to enhance project efficiency and reduce waste.
- Facilitate employee development and training to optimize team performance.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, employing strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial and general construction.
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Excellent client relations skills with a track record of maintaining positive client interactions.
- Strong knowledge of budget management and scheduling techniques.
- Understanding of design-build and construction management concepts.
