Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial and general construction.
  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of construction processes.
  • Excellent client relations skills with a track record of maintaining positive client interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of budget management and scheduling techniques.
  • Understanding of design-build and construction management concepts.
