Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This hybrid role will be critical in supporting and optimizing our sales and marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless data integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM and related sales and marketing tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document requirements and processes for sales and marketing systems.
  • Configure and maintain CRM and related sales and marketing technology platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of sales and marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track sales and marketing performance and system usage.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within sales and marketing systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or CRM support experience.
  • CRM Admin certification (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Familiarity with a sales and marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools, marketing automation platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • Pay rate: $45 - $60 per hour.
