This hybrid role will be critical in supporting and optimizing our sales and marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless data integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM and related sales and marketing tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document requirements and processes for sales and marketing systems.
  • Configure and maintain CRM and related sales and marketing technology platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of sales and marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track sales and marketing performance and system usage.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within sales and marketing systems.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or CRM support experience.
  • CRM Admin certification (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Familiarity with a sales and marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools, marketing automation platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
  • Pay rate: $45 - $60 per hour.
