Rippling is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Business and Corporate Development team, which is responsible for driving growth across all Rippling products by identifying and executing high-impact strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
In this role, you will be a highly visible leader focused on driving and managing commercial partnerships that enhance and expand Rippling IT and Spend This includes building a partner strategy, structuring deals, leading negotiations, and driving alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships that align with product roadmaps.
Your work will directly shape Rippling IT and Spend, two of the fastest growing business lines at Rippling, supported by collaborative cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do
- Source and close commercial partnerships that drive revenue growth for Rippling IT and Spend, which are two of the fastest growing Rippling product lines.
- Identify and execute whitespace partner opportunities that complement Rippling IT and Spend - from building the business case, structuring the deal, to internal alignment.
- Support and accelerate existing commercial partnerships, including driving activation with sales and marketing and working quickly to resolve challenges that may arise.
- Partner with Key internal stakeholder across product, marketing, operations, and legal to assess feasibility of potential partnerships and drive implementation.
- Serve as a thought leader across the company on what’s happening in the surrounding partner ecosystems through market research and competitive analysis.
- 5+ years of experience including 2+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or corporate development; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategic finance, or business operations preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing commercial partnerships.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and platform-led B2B software.
- Ability to structure and model the financial impacts of partnerships on the business.
- Strong communication skills, including executive communication and partner storytelling.
- Self-starter who needs minimal direction in an ambiguous context to drive action.
- Willingness to operate at all attitudes; do not view any problem as below them.
