Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead for a remote opportunity to manage telecom deployment projects in a techno-PM capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably with hands-on knowledge of FlowOne and related telecom deployment technologies, along with PMP or Scrum certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for telecom domain products in collaboration with the Project Manager and technical stakeholders.
- Own the project scope, cost, schedule, and quality to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
- Act as the first point of technical escalation for domain-related issues and lead resolution efforts.
- Manage software deployment, installation, and commissioning on platforms like OpenShift, VMware, and OpenStack.
- Coordinate technical deliverables including design, deployment, and customer acceptance activities.
- Ensure all technical delivery aligns with Statement of Work (SOW) milestones and payment schedules.
- Promote DevOps practices and reusability within the delivery framework.
- Drive successful project closure and CARE handovers.
- Monitor project costs, track ASBL (Actuals vs Budget), and manage project KPIs and reports.
Required Skills:
- PMP or Scrum Certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in the Telecom industry
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- FlowOne (must-have)
- UIV, SIV, NORC, NAC, NetAct
- Deployment tools: OpenShift, VMware, OpenStack
- Proficiency in managing server deployments and understanding of all phases of telecom deployment projects
- Strong project tracking and milestone management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with service delivery and system integration in large-scale telecom environments
- Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration/deployment best practices
