We seek an experienced and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer and affiliate programs. This role is key to growing brand awareness, driving sales, and building authentic connections with our target audience through strategic partnerships with content creators, influencers, and tastemakers who embody our style and values.

Job Summary

As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll lead and scale our influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You'll be responsible for identifying key influencers across platforms, building long-term relationships, managing campaigns from concept to execution, and reporting on performance. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees (and wears) our 100% waterproof jewelry.

Responsibilities

Influencer Campaigns

  • Collaborate with our VA team to oversee large-scale, no-pressure product seeding.
  • Manage selective influencer partnerships with strong brand alignment (contracts, edits, usage rights).
  • Ensure all content reflects our visual identity and messaging tone.

Ambassador Program Development & Management

  • Support the rollout of our new ambassador program and help scale it into an engaged, thriving community.
  • Use performance insights to identify standout ambassadors and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Build processes and communications that keep ambassadors aligned, informed, and inspired.

Creative Direction & Brand Aesthetic

  • Bring a sharp eye for style, storytelling, and creator-brand fit.
  • Evaluate influencer content for both performance and visual alignment.
  • Help shape how the brand shows up across social through influencer-generated content.

Communication & Content

  • Write and manage regular newsletters and updates for our influencer/ambassador network.
  • Communicate with warmth, clarity, and an on-brand tone across all channels.

Relationship Building

  • Be a trusted, go-to point of contact for our creator community.
  • Focus on nurturing authentic, long-term relationships, not one-off collaborations.

Performance Analysis & CRM Management

  • Track what's working, identify top performers, and share actionable insights.
  • Use influencer CRM platforms (like Aspire or similar) to organize outreach, track collaborations, and streamline relationship management.
  • Regularly report back with data, wins, and recommendations for what to refine or scale.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of running high-impact influencer campaigns and partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, GRIN, or similar).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for jewelry, fashion, and empowering women through personal style.
